At Maison Heeré, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. Should your order not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer a simple and seamless returns and exchanges process. We strive to make every step easy, transparent, and handled with the utmost care. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • New, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Have all original product tags attached
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide you with the correct return instructions.

We operate dedicated return centers based on your location:

  • EU Countries: Returns must be sent to our return facility in Romania.

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange due to the significant discount applied. These products are clearly identified as Final Sale on our website.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support.maisonheere@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Kindly include your order number and clear photos showing the issue, and our team will assist you as quickly as possible.

Please note that minor variations such as loose threads, fabric texture differences, or slight color variations are considered normal and are not regarded as defects. Returns or exchanges requested due to sizing preferences are also not considered defective items.

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns are accepted only at our designated return facilities in Europe
  • A €5 processing fee will be applied for each returned item.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

REFUND OPTIONS

Gift Card Payments

Refunds will be issued as store credit for the full value of the returned item.

Refund to Original Payment Method

Receive a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a €5 processing fee will apply.

 

REFUND PROCESSING TIMES

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank, credit card provider, or payment service before the funds appear in your account.
