SHIPPING & DELIVERY
ORDER PROCESSING
Every Maison Heeré order is carefully prepared before shipment. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment every step of the way.
Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time (2–4 Business Days) + Transit Time (18 Days)
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
An order is considered successfully delivered once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Delivery confirmation may include tracking updates, GPS data, delivery timestamps, or photographic proof supplied by the carrier.
If a shipment is marked as delivered to a porch, front door, mailbox, lobby, reception desk, or another designated safe location, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
The customer’s phone number is provided to the carrier solely for delivery coordination purposes. Delivery to an unattended or designated safe location is made only with the customer’s authorization or confirmation, where applicable.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Maison Heeré is not responsible for non-delivery, delays, or misdirected shipments resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details provided by the customer.
CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
All applicable customs duties and taxes are fully covered by Maison Heeré. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery, ensuring a smooth customs clearance process and a hassle-free shopping experience.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All delivery timeframes are expressed in business days.
Please do not refuse delivery of your order. Refused shipments are subject to both the original shipping cost and the return shipping fee. Any refund issued will be processed after deducting these combined charges.
In rare cases, order processing or delivery may be delayed due to:
- Discrepancies between billing and shipping addresses
- Payment verification or security checks
- Deliveries to remote locations
- Carrier delays during peak seasons
- Temporary stock availability issues
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, international shipments may occasionally experience delays beyond our control. Our team actively monitors every order until it is safely delivered.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We process orders quickly so you can enjoy your Maison Heeré pieces as soon as possible. Customers may request an order cancellation within 1–2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing, preparation, or shipment.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
